You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country if it is higher, to use NightCam.

You agree not to use NightCam for nudity, sexual content, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, impersonation, commercial solicitation or any illegal activity.

We may suspend a session temporarily or permanently, disconnect a conversation or restrict matchmaking when behaviour breaks these terms or generates repeated reports.

NightCam is provided "as is". Conversations depend on your network and device, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted matching or connection quality.

You are responsible for what you show, say and share. Never share personal or financial information with a stranger.
